Home Tweet Home

Hello friends. Larissa here today with a Home Tweet Home card for you.
I am using the stamp set Home Tweet Home clear set .

I stamped the images on a piece of white cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. I used B00, B02, B21, B23, E000, E00, E01, BG000, and RV4.
I adhered the card front on a piece of blue cardstock as a mat and then on a gray card base.
I wrapped a piece of ivory and gold twine around the side of the card to finish it off.

This would be a perfect set to make a wedding card as well.

Have a wonderful day friends.

Happy Easter

Hello friends. Larissa back here today with one last Easter card. I made a simple card this time using images from the Easter Cling Stamp set.
Are these not the cutest images ever? I had a hard time picking one of the bunnies.

I stamped a few of the images on a piece of white cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of pink cardstock and used a tag punch to punch it out. I tied twine around the middle of the card and then added a bow to the tag to finish it off.
I matted the card front on a piece of the same pink cardstock as the tag.
To finish everything off I adhered everything to a white card base.

You could use this set for not only Easter cards but how about some cute little tags for your treat bags?

I hope you enjoyed my post today.
Have a Blessed Easter my friends.

hoppy Easter

Hey everyone! Ashley here, sharing an Easter layout! I recently made a card using the Easter cling stamp set that you can see HERE. I wanted to use the little bunny stamps too from the set on this layout.
I stamped the bunnies colored them with Copic markers. Then I fussy cut them and outlined the edges with a black marker for a finished look. I kept the page simple so that the bunnies were the main embellishment. I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine and called it done.

Here's another one of the bunnies:
and here is my finished page:

How would you use this stamp set?

It's a summer birthday

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today and I've got a summer birthday card for you today.

I embossed the background with an embossing folder then I've used several images from the By the Sea Clip Art Sheets as the focal elements.  The images were distressed and matted before adding them to the card.

The sentiment comes from two different sets:  Happy clear stamp set and Christmas Mix It Up clear stamp set.

I just added a touch of blue to bring out the colors in one of the images.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Colorful Easter Card

Hello friends. Larissa back today with an Easter card. I am using the stamp set Easter
I stamped the 2 crosses from the set on a piece of watercolor paper.
I then masked off both of them. I flooded the entire card with different watercolors.
I wasn't going for the tie dye look but it just kind of happen that way.
I stamped the verse using Versamark ink.

To finish off the card front I added a few purple sequins.
I matted the card front onto a piece of dark purple cardstock and then adhered it all
to a white card base.

And that is it.
I love watercoloring.

Have a wonderful day friends.

Live A Beautiful Life

Hello friends. Larissa back with you today with a card I made using one of my favorite wild flowers. The Bluebonnet is the state flower of Texas. About this time of year the Hill Country on the sides of our highways and country roads are filled with them. They are gorgeous. You would not believe the amount of people who stop and stick there children in patches of Bluebonnets on busy roads to get pictures of them. Every year you the news people warn everyone that there could be snakes hiding in those flowers and to be careful. Not to mention the crazy moms and dads who stop on the busy road ways with cars and trucks zooming by. But regardless of speeding vehicles or unfriendly snakes Bluebonnet pictures are a must. Just watch the profile pictures change on FB of your Texas friends and you will know what I mean. :)

For my card today I used the stamp set BlueBonnets
I stamped the image on a piece of watercolor paper and masked off the flower itself. I then sponged distress ink over the entire card. I colored in the petals and the leaves with distress ink with a paint brush. I spritzed a few drops of water onto the cardstock and let it dry.
I added it to a piece of blue cardstock then onto a white card base. I finished it off with a few sequins.

I hope you enjoyed my post today. And don't forget to watch for those bluebonnet pictures.
Have a wonderful day friends.

Easter blessings

Hi! Ashley here today and I know I'm a little early, but I couldn't resist playing with the Easter stamp set!

For my card, I used distress ink blending to color the sky. The grassy hill was made with distress inks and water coloring. I like that you can create some depth and the appearance of texture with water coloring.

My sentiment is heat embossed with a gold fine detail embossing powder and my cross is stamped with Versa Fine. I colored the cross with Copic markers and fussy cut it.

Check out THIS project from a few years ago using the Easter stamp set. What are you making for Easter this year?

A Cup Of Tea

Hello friends. Larissa here with you today with a cad I made using the cling stamp set Tea Time.
Watercoloring is very popular right now in card making. I am loving using different watercolors to color my cards. Most of the time you only need one color and by adding a little more or less water you can change the shades.

I used a gray, brown and purple watercolor for this card. I added a light coat of the gray in the middle of the watercolor paper. Once it was dry I stamped the sentiment and tea cup on top. I added the purple to the cup and the brown to the inside to look like there was liquid inside.

To finish off the card front I added three purple sequins. I matted the card front on a piece of purple cardstock and then adhered it to the white card base.

I hope you enjoyed my post today. Have a wonderful day friends.
